Pathways provides resource navigation, mentorship, advocacy, community outreach, leadership development, and support designed to help individuals and families identify appropriate resources and opportunities. When specialized assistance is needed, we work with community partners to help connect people with organizations equipped to provide those services.

Eligibility varies by program. Pathways serves veterans, military families, individuals and families seeking community support, and youth participating in our leadership and mentorship programs. Contact us if you are unsure which program may be right for you.

Pathways strives to provide its programs and resource-navigation services at little or no cost whenever possible. Some services provided by outside partner organizations may have their own eligibility requirements or fees.

We will review the information you provide, determine which Pathways program or community resource may best fit your situation, and follow up regarding possible next steps. When specialized services are needed, we may help connect you with an appropriate community partner.

Through Pathways to Service, we help veterans and their families navigate resources, identify available benefits and services, connect with community support, and locate organizations that may be able to address specific needs.

Pathways can help veterans identify resources and understand where to seek assistance with benefits and services. When specialized or accredited benefits assistance is required, we can help connect veterans with appropriate veteran service organizations, agencies, or other qualified resources.

No. Pathways does not administer or award U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs benefits. Our role is to help veterans and families identify resources, navigate available support, and connect with appropriate organizations when specialized assistance is needed.

Pathways can assist with housing navigation and resource referrals. We can help identify potential community resources and connect individuals and families with organizations that provide housing-related services.

Pathways is not an emergency shelter or housing provider. When someone needs emergency or specialized housing assistance, we will work to identify appropriate community resources and referral options whenever possible.

You do not have to figure out the next step alone. When a need falls outside the services Pathways provides directly, we will work to connect you with an appropriate community organization, agency, veteran service organization, educational institution, faith community, or other resource when available.

Pathways to Leadership is designed to support young people through mentorship, leadership development, life skills, education, career exploration, and community service. Participation requirements may vary by activity or program.

Pathways to Leadership primarily serves youth ages 12–18.
