Our programs address different needs while working toward a shared purpose: helping people move from where they are to where they aspire to be.
More Than a Referral
Pathways provides mentorship, leadership development, community outreach, volunteer service, advocacy, and resource navigation. When specialized assistance is needed, we work closely with community partners to connect individuals and families with appropriate housing, healthcare, legal, educational, veteran, and social service resources.
